Your role

You are mainly responsible for marketing and renting out LKAB Fastigheter's commercial premises. The marketing includes, among other things, holding exhibitions and building contact networks.

The role includes having ongoing contact with existing customers and you have overall responsibility for them, which includes customer care, negotiations and contract signing. The duties also include termination and renegotiation of contracts.

Together with the project manager/construction manager, you are engaged and involved in the process when premises must be adapted based on the tenants' desired needs. In the long term, you will also to some extent be involved in the rental of housing as our ambition is to broaden the competence within the section.

You have this with you

• We would like you to have experience in commercial property management and have good knowledge of the tenancy law regarding premises.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to apply and interpret laws and agreements.

• Good language skills in Swedish and basic language skills in English.
• You find it easy to learn new data systems and handle the Office programs Word and Excel.
• The position requires approved high school grades and a B driver's license.

As the position involves many internal and external contacts, it is important that you can easily communicate and collaborate with those around you and always put the customer first.
