WORK DUTIES As a Creative Chef at Porsöskolan, you will serve approx. 200 children & students both breakfast, lunch and snacks based on the kitchen's own planned menu. Cooking also includes customized diets, special diets and salad preparation. In addition to this, it includes always working with high goals, in areas such as: Locally produced food, ECO, a low climate footprint (Co2) and creating more student participation among the students. Ordering food and transparency in the finances are also part of the work. A chef with coordination responsibilities also works in the kitchen and is part of a team in the kitchen. QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in the role, you need to have upper secondary education in restaurant/food or equivalent work experience. In addition to your education, you have professional experience as a cook and are used to working with service and hospitality. You have a burning interest in climate-smart food and cooking from scratch and can contribute to developing the vegetarian diet together with other activities at the school, the cooking is also characterized by a lot of game meat to achieve a whole in the climate-smart meal experience. We would also like to see that you have good knowledge and master the handling of minimized food waste! We attach great importance to personal suitability.
