The tasks as an Area Assistant may vary depending on your profile, but below are examples of tasks:

• • Inquiry work (tender process, documentation, credit check)
  • Execution (order reception, work orders, resource planning, documentation, customer register, quality reporting)
  • Follow-up work (invoicing, supplier invoices, cost allocation, accounts receivable, credit control, follow-up)
  • Participate in the business's planning meetings
  • Support operations & work management in systems and processes
  • Customer contacts
  • Payroll administration
  • Support operations in production-related areas
  • Run and develop our routines and support the business to work according to our established routines
  • Support of the business's monthly reporting

Your profile as Area Assistant

As a person, you are driven and good at collaborating together with both colleagues and customers. You enjoy having varied tasks and understand that these can vary from time to time and that some days did not turn out as you planned. You are also stimulated by having many contact surfaces.
