WORK DUTIES As a librarian at the Campus Library, you primarily work with students at universities and other forms of adult education. As well as driving the development of our range of services and services, you will teach, help and guide people both individually and in groups, both in the library and in the public space. Through service design, you will investigate the needs of our users and work based on these. You also work with daily staffing of the library and tasks that are part of the daily operations. Evening and weekend duty is included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who have university education in library and information science with a master's degree or university education that the employer deems equivalent. You should also have experience of working as a librarian and with library systems. If you have worked with business development, service design or educational work towards the unit's target group, this is seen as meritorious. If you lack a university education, work experience that the employer deems equivalent can be interesting. You are good at communicating verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You are also a good writer and can speak freely in front of both small and large groups. You have the ability and interest in helping and guiding people both individually and in groups in the public space. As a person, you successfully drive your work forward in a structured and efficient manner. In working together with others, you contribute your knowledge, listen to others and adapt your approach to what the situation requires.
