Job duties - Drive development of equipment, methods and processes. - Participate in the daily management with a focus on work environment, external environment, product quality and production availability. - Participate in investment and maintenance projects. - Supervise, train and inform the department's staff. - Participate in environmental, energy and sustainability reporting. - Support production organization in environmental issues and other problem solving. Your qualifications - Civil engineering competence in the relevant field. - Good knowledge of current environmental and chemical legislation. - Good ability to work in teams with flexibility across position boundaries. - Good ability to take own initiative, be responsible and able to work independently. - Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing and good ability to absorb demanding text material.
