The pool administration performs tasks concerning the employment of the pools and hourly pools. The staff pool consists of approx. 130 poolers with full-time employment and a larger number of part-time poolers. The staff pool is managed by three unit managers and pool players can be booked for all preschools and leisure centers in the municipality. Poolers have full-time employment and are assigned bookings, hourly poolers choose which sessions they are booked for. Personnel pool training is led by an operations manager who is the immediate manager of the personnel pool's unit managers and the pool administration. Your work assignments As an employee with us, you will work operationally to ensure support in the recruitment of poolers and temporary workers. You are telephone support internally and externally and support the operations. You handle personnel administrative tasks regarding the employment and salary of the pools and temporary workers. You will also have follow-up and continuous dialogue with the unit managers for the staff pool and the businesses we support. You actively participate and contribute your skills in development and improvement projects in the area. As an administrator for the staff pool, you provide close administrative support to unit managers, pre-schools and primary schools and act as the "spider in the web" for the staff pool. You can work independently with several tasks in parallel where you have your own driving force, can see the big picture and make relevant priorities in the work. You have good cooperation skills and can deal with colleagues, pool players, part-time workers and preschool and primary school principals/ordinary staff in a good and service-oriented way, as you are also the face of Personalpool education.
