You will be an important part of ABB Process Industries, Solutions and Service. We market and deliver customized system solutions and services for industrial customers in the Swedish market. We are considered one of the largest suppliers in the industry. Our focus is on safety, growth and cooperation. Our offer includes everything from electrification, drive system and automation solutions, quality control of the material, to production and planning systems for entire factories and services for advanced analysis and service.

Your Work Tasks

The tasks involve participating in automation projects where you contribute with development proposals to improve processes and systems. You will develop requirement specifications and conduct feasibility studies to identify and analyze different solutions. An important part of the role is concept development, where you develop and refine ideas into feasible solutions. During commissioning, you will also be responsible for testing and ensuring that the systems work properly. Your responsibilities

  • To meet the demand from our customers, ABB is expanding its business for the Swedish process industry.
  • You will be a leading person in our deliveries to customers where we deliver service services and system solutions in electricity and automation based on ABB's industrial control system 800xA.
  • This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology, in close collaboration with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have a technical degree from a university, college or university of applied sciences (UAS)
  • In this recruitment, we primarily focus on those who are established in their professional role and have relevant experience in industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA/DCS).
  • Particularly meritorious is if you have previous experience of ABB System 800xA and good knowledge of IT systems.
  • To succeed, you need to have drive, be goal-oriented and communicative as well as a structured and unpretentious team player with a passion for technology.

  • Travel in the service within Sweden occurs. B-driving license is a requirement.
