This position reports to the Service Manager.

Your role and responsibilities

In the role of Automation Manager in Mölndal, you will be responsible for Process Industries' automation business in southern Sweden and lead a growing group of 9 employees. In the managerial role, you will work closely with the sales organization to jointly build customer relationships with the aim of developing business.

You will drive our growth and work environment work and, as a personnel manager, you promote the group's development opportunities, both at an individual level and as a team. On site, you will be supported and challenged to grow as a leader and deepen your knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications for the role

  • The applicant is likely to have a university degree or MSc in engineering with experience in people management. If you have worked with projects, service and maintenance, and if you have a background in industry or construction, it is advantageous.
  • You have good IT knowledge and experience of business systems that support both finance and sales. Good knowledge of our products in control systems is meritorious.
  • As a manager, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to inspire the team to work towards new goals and challenges. You are committed and goal-oriented in your work and contribute to both your employees' well-being and high customer satisfaction. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and/or English, and have a B driving license.
