Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a driven business developer who can take the initiative and responsibility to develop and grow our low voltage offer. In this role, you will be our sales specialist in Northern Sweden. Location can either be in Norrbotten or Västerbotten.

In our dynamic sales team, you will use your expertise and determination to create new customer relationships while monitoring the market we have today founded in exceptional service. In addition, we are committed to integrating sustainability into all aspects of our business, from start to finish. As our business developer within Low Voltage Systems, you will act in a key role in promoting sustainable solutions and practices, in line with our company's commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact.

The main segments are heavy basic industry, in addition, our customers are in public utility companies, electricity companies/power companies, companies that supply renewable energy sources. You also market our offer to prescribers and installers, large and small. You will be part of a sales team with extensive experience from this business and market and will work closely with our sales specialist in Luleå. The Low Voltage System division manufactures low voltage switchgear and control equipment in Västerås, which makes us unique when it comes to understanding our local customers' needs.

To succeed in this position, you need to have the skills to build long-term customer relationships and manage solutions to specific customer needs as well as identify and develop sales opportunities in the Low Voltage area.


  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the entire product/system/offering and ultimately deliver a serviceable solution.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Take the initiative and create new business with new customers.
  • Prepares customer visits/activities using the company's sales tools.
  • Create added value for the customer and the Low Voltage System Division by securing a successful sustainable offer.
  • Actively follow our internal sales process and our commercial terms.
  • Ensuring effective marketing activities and creating added value for our offers.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have sales experience in the field of electricity.
  • Alternatively, you have worked in the electricity industry and now want to take the next step and sell our sustainable solutions to the market. If you have the right personality but no sales experience yet, you are also welcome to apply.
  • You have the drive and perseverance to find new business opportunities in the market. At the same time, you are a team player within the organization where you work closely with your colleagues to complete ongoing business.
  • Your good negotiation skills are a sign of your business acumen and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented, solution-oriented, reliable, humble and structured are some of your distinguishing personal characteristics.
  • You have studied electrical power engineering or have practical experience in the field.
  • Fluency in Swedish both spoken and written is required.
  • B driving license required.
