Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a driven Business Developer who can take the initiative and responsibility to develop and grow our low voltage offering. In this role you will be our sales specialist in Northern Sweden. Location can either be in Norrbotten or Västerbotten.

In our dynamic sales team, you will leverage your expertise and determination to create new customer relationships, while guarding the market we have today grounded in exceptional service. In addition, we are committed to integrating sustainability into every aspect of our business, from start to finish. As our Business Developer in Low Voltage Systems, you will act in a key role in promoting sustainable solutions and practices, in line with our company's commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact.

The main segments are heavy basic industry, in addition, our customers are in utilities, electricity companies/power companies, companies supplying renewable energy sources. You will also market our offer to specifiers and installers, large and small. You will be part of a sales team with extensive experience in this business and market and will work closely with our sales specialist in Luleå. The Low Voltage System division manufactures low voltage switchgear and control equipment in Västerås which makes us unique in understanding the needs of our local customers.

To succeed in this position, you need to have the skills to build long-term customer relationships and manage solutions to specific customer needs as well as identify and develop sales opportunities in the Low Voltage area.


  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships in order to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the entire product/system/offering and ultimately deliver a satisfactory solution.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Take the initiative and generate new business with new customers.
  • Prepares customer visits/activities using the company sales tools.
  • Create added value for the customer and the Low Voltage System Division by ensuring a successful sustainable offer.
  • Actively follow our internal sales process and commercial terms.
  • Ensure effective marketing activities and create added value to our offers.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have experience in sales in the field of electric power.
  • Alternatively, you have worked in the electric power industry and now want to take the next step and sell our sustainable solutions to the market. If you have the right personality but no sales experience yet, you are also welcome to apply.
  • You have the drive and perseverance to find new business opportunities in the market. At the same time, you are a team player within the organization, working closely with your colleagues to close ongoing deals.
  • Your good negotiation skills are a sign of your business acumen and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented, solution-oriented, reliable, humble and structured are some of your outstanding personal qualities.
  • You have studied electrical power engineering or have practical experience in the field.
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required.
  • B driving license required.
