Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready for an exciting engineering role where you’ll travel the world, manage commissioning projects, and work with advanced electrical machines? As a Commissioning Engineer within ABB’s Service Supply Unit in Västerås, you will ensure the smooth operation of large-scale motors and generators. You’ll collaborate with global teams, provide technical guidance to customers, and perform on-site commissioning activities—making a direct impact on industries that propel our world forward.
This is an opportunity for an engineer with a keen interest in problem-solving, leadership, and international travel. With 150-200 days of travel per year, you’ll experience diverse projects and cultures while gaining invaluable technical and leadership skills.
