Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to lead and develop a key function within one of Sweden's largest suppliers of engines, drive systems and electrification and automation solutions? We are looking for you who have a strong business drive and a passion for creating value and building long-term partnerships with our customers. As a Contract Manager with us at ABB Motion, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for our service contract business in Sweden. You will lead a dedicated team of key people and work closely with contract managers from our other divisions. Together we work to create sustainable and efficient solutions that support our customers' businesses and contribute to a productive and long-term sustainable future.

In the role of Contract Manager, you are responsible for strengthening our position as a leading supplier by:

• Driving the growth of service contracts and developing new business opportunities.
• Ensuring delivery efficiency and the highest possible customer satisfaction.
• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of employees working closely with our customers and, together with contract managers from other divisions, being responsible for a national team of contract managers from north to south.
• Build strong customer relationships through close cooperation with the sales and engineering organization.
• Contribute to close and effective cooperation within ABB's nationwide organization, offering fast, qualified and reliable service.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience working with contracts, projects, service and maintenance is an advantage, especially if you have a background in industry or construction.
• You have good IT skills and are used to working in business systems that support both finance and sales.
• As a manager, you are a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and inspire your team to reach new goals and take on exciting challenges.
• You are committed and goal-oriented, and contribute to creating a pleasant working environment for your employees while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B-driving license.
• We would like you to have a university or civil engineering degree at the core, along with experience in managing staff.
