Your role and responsibilities

Do you like building relationships and are you passionate about doing business? Do you want to work with products and solutions in a segment where innovation and sustainability are at the center? We are looking for several Construction Sales Representatives in Stockholm, Malmö and Skellefteå. As a salesperson towards the regulatory stage, you process Architects, property owners and various clients but also end customers.

Responsibilities of the role involve:

  • Increase sales towards the prescriptive part of your district
  • Work with new and existing customers in the Industrial and Real Estate segment through customer visits to close contracts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through B2B sales and with partners.
  • Develop your professional network within your district and area of responsibility.
  • Prioritize and drive business forward to ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications for the role

  • A committed business acumen with strong networking skills.
  • You are used to prioritizing and driving business forward.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience in industry-related areas such as investors, construction companies, real estate developers, consultants, architects or urban planners is meritorious.
  • Interest in sustainable and smart real estate solutions.
  • Experience of Construction Law and/or Byggfakta is considered meritorious.
  • B-driving license; Travel within Sweden occurs, fluent Swedish and English is required.
