Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects within our Large Motors and Generators division in Västerås. Here you are responsible for creating clear guidelines and structure, while inspiring and supporting your team to achieve common goals. You play a central role in ensuring that our customers get the best possible experience by meeting their requirements and delivering high-quality service throughout the project.

As a Delivery Project Manager, you lead a dedicated team where you work closely with both customers and internal resources. You are a key person in driving projects forward - from first order to final delivery. Your ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects, together with your willingness to build trust and good customer relationships, will enable you to deliver projects of the highest quality. You will have overall responsibility for projects, with each order being unique and tailored to the specific needs of the customer. In the role, you will lead work in areas such as electrical dimensioning, mechanical design, production preparation, and purchasing, manufacturing and testing. Together with your team, you will ensure that projects meet requirements, are delivered on time and on budget.

As part of our team of around 15 Project Managers, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where we work together towards our goals and develop together.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a Master's degree in engineering or a technical university degree in the relevant field.
• You have experience in project management, preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated and who are ready to take on the role and grow with us.
• Experience from electrical machines and production is meritorious.
• To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you are a committed, positive and solution-oriented team player with a genuine interest in both people and technology.
• You are skilled at evaluating and managing risks and opportunities.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
