Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Project Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects within our Large Motors and Generators division in Västerås. Here you are responsible for creating clear guidelines and structure, while inspiring and supporting your team to achieve common goals. You play a central role in ensuring that our customers get the best possible experience by meeting their requirements and delivering high-quality service throughout the project.
As a Delivery Project Manager, you lead a dedicated team where you work closely with both customers and internal resources. You are a key person in driving projects forward - from first order to final delivery. Your ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects, together with your willingness to build trust and good customer relationships, will enable you to deliver projects of the highest quality. You will have overall responsibility for projects, with each order being unique and tailored to the specific needs of the customer. In the role, you will lead work in areas such as electrical dimensioning, mechanical design, production preparation, and purchasing, manufacturing and testing. Together with your team, you will ensure that projects meet requirements, are delivered on time and on budget.

The Large Motors and Generators division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The division's induction, synchronous and special motors and synchronous generators power critical applications in industry, infrastructure and marine transportation. Combining the best available materials with superior technology, the large motors and generators are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, even for challenging processes or applications, and to have low life cycle costs.
