Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a service-oriented and business-driven inside sales person to join our dynamic and skilled sales team! With us, you will be part of a team where we support each other and have fun at work. We strongly believe that we are each other's work environment and that a positive atmosphere leads to success.

As an Inside Sales Representative with us, you will, together with your colleagues, become an expert in delivering competitive offers of products and solutions to our customers. You will handle technical and pricing issues, tenders and orders, and work directly with our customers as well as supporting our field sales force. You will ensure the timely and accurate creation of quotations and tenders by working closely with stakeholders, and together with your colleagues you will deliver effective quotation and order related solutions to our customers. You contribute to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the sales process by continuously following up with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery reliability. You are usually in contact with our customers by phone or email, but you will also be allowed to go out on customer visits together with our sales representatives to improve cooperation and customer satisfaction. In addition, you contribute to the continuous development of our work routines and processes.


Qualifications for the role

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and tasks from before.
  • We would like you to have a post-secondary technical education, but the most important thing is that you have a broad general technical knowledge and good technical understanding.
  • As a person, you are a solution and goal-oriented team player who, with a structured approach, has the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
  • You are good at communicating and you express yourself well in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • You take full responsibility for your customer cases, from quote to delivery.
  • Travel in the service occurs (about 10-15 per year).
  • Driving license B is mandatory.
