Join our Planning and Fulfillment team at Smart Power Electrification Sweden! We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate for the role of Logistics Project Manager, with the goal of improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. The right candidate thrives in a multi-tasking environment and multitasking is one of your greatest skills. You enjoy working with others and have excellent communication skills, but you are also good with numbers and data analysis. In this role, you will influence and drive the development of automation and digitalization together with a dedicated team.

Create business value by being responsible for analyzing the value chain for business stakeholders.

Establish and share best practices for operation planning processes and inventory management throughout the logistic flow.

Responsible for business data analysis for the business unit as well as the global organization.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are aligned with business goals and strategies.

Identify, drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives and projects in logistics.

Measure and track key performance indicators, act and drive efficiencies and improve key metrics.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a Master's degree in relevant field or 3-5 years of experience in logistics, as a project manager or in supply chain.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Problem solving and entrepreneurial attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven and responsible personality.
• A collaborative, solution-focused and data-driven approach combined with good analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with SAP and Power BI is a merit.
