Your role and responsibilities

As an Assistant in our Operations Department, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while supporting our dynamic team. Collaborating closely with two other skilled assistants at Process Control Platform, you'll be part of a supportive environment where your organizational skills, service mindset, and drive to help others will truly shine. • Provide administrative services and secretarial assistance for the Operations department as well as support local line managers.
• Handle purchase orders and invoices for indirect materials and services.
• Register new orders during service visits to customers.
• Create invoices for certain services.
• Support colleagues in administrative tasks, e.g. as superuser for administrative tools.
• Identify areas for improvement and independently drive change initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

• An academic degree is preferred, but not required. However you must be adept at managing communication, planning, action taking and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience of different administrative systems for managing personnel, cost, purchases, invoices, etc. For example, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and responsibility, working both independently and in a team.
• You are structured, service-minded and a person who gets things done.
• You are eager to learn new things and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
