Your role and responsibilities

In this role you play a crucial role for the success of our management teams and our people. You will be supporting the Global Business Line Manager for Business Line Hoist as well as the Local Business Line Manager for Business Line Hoist Sweden.

You will perform administrative activities as well as coordinating travel, events, and communication in alignment with other stakeholders. You will mainly be accountable for:

  • Provide administrative services and secretarial assistance, sometimes of complex nature for the respective management team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as representative for the business management team, internally as well as externally.
  • Arrange events, travels, conferences etcetera.
  • Drive internal project or processes.
  • Handle purchase orders and invoices for indirect materials and services.
  • Support colleagues in administrative tasks, might be superuser for administrative tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement and independently drive change initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

  • You might have an academic degree but it is not a must, however a must is the ability to master multiple stakeholders in communication, planning, action taking and follow up.
  • You are service minded and a person who gets things done.
  • Proven experience managing multiple administrative systems for personnel management, with a strong ability to prioritize and handle diverse tasks effectively.
  • You are structured, solution-oriented and proactive.
  • You are familiar with and like to work in a multicultural environment and are comfortable meeting people with different perspectives and background in local and global contexts.
  • You are keen on driving change and act to increase value ad in all tasks and processes
  • You do not hesitate to take on an informal leader role as representative for the management teams.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
