In this role, you report to the Service Manager in Sweden and are part of a management group of 5 managers.

Your areas of responsibility:

• In the role of head of the Service Contracts department, you will be responsible for Energy Industries' contract operations in Sweden and lead a group of 9 key people who work closely with our customers. In the management role, you will work together with the sales and engineering organization to build good customer relationships with the aim of developing the service agreements.

• You will be responsible for and drive our growth and work environment work and as personnel manager you will promote the group's development opportunities, both on an individual level and as a team. On site with us, you will receive the support and challenges required to grow in your role as a leader and deepen your knowledge within the industry.

• You share ABB's fundamental values ​​regarding safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Qualifications for the role

  • If you have worked with contracts, projects, service and maintenance, as well as if you have a background in industry or the contracting industry, it is advantageous
  • You have good IT knowledge and experience with business systems that support both finance and sales.
  • As a manager, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to inspire the team to work towards new goals and challenges.
  • You are committed and goal-oriented in your work and contribute to both the well-being of your employees and high customer satisfaction.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, and have a B driving licence.
  • The applicant is probably a university or civil engineer with experience in personnel management.
