Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a Product Manager and Market Developer with sales responsibility for ABB's building automation system Cylon. Cylon is a powerful and flexible system for HVAC solutions in commercial and industrial buildings. You will also be responsible for ABB Ability Building Analyzer, which is an Energy Management System to measure and identify the consumption of e.g. electricity, water and gas, as well as track building data to take control of your building.

We want to start a bold growth journey and we are looking for you who want to be the one in the driver's seat. In this role, you will work with both physical and digital solutions and products, and become part of our Building Automation team. Today we are one of the market leaders in KNX, and together we want to take a holistic approach to further expand ABB's offering in building automation. You will also have the opportunity to work both with the local Swedish market and in a global context within ABB's organization.

• Adapt ABB's global strategy for Cylon and ABB Ability Building Analyzer to the Swedish market
• Responsible for the launch of these products and systems in Sweden
• Build and lead collaborations with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as external partners, to win business
• Act as the link between the local market and ABB's global organization
• In the beginning manage the entire business - from product responsibility and sales to application support - to later build and develop the team.

Qualifications for the role

• We are looking for you who have a strong background and interest in building automation and a passion for leading market development. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and have a strong drive to find solutions that make a difference.
• In addition, we would like you to have the following:
• Relevant higher education or previous work experience in the industry
• About 5 years of experience in building automation
• Good knowledge of essential communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
• . BACnet and Modbus
• Interest and good knowledge of building control technology
• Interest and curiosity about IoT
• Possibility to travel 2-4 times per month within Sweden and 1-2 times abroad per year
• Strong customer focus and communicative
• Ability to work cross-functionally in combination with a strong own drive and initiative
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Swedish and English - Speaking and writing
