Your role and responsibilities

Join us to take a key role in the Planning and Delivery team for ABB Smart Power. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate candidate who wants to work in Production Planning Management.

The right candidate thrives in an environment where you will have great variety in tasks and being multi-tasking is one of your best skills. You enjoy working with others and have excellent communication skills, but you are also good at numbers and data analysis. In this role you will influence and drive the development of the planning function forward together with a highly dedicated team.

Be responsible for ensuring high delivery performance by planning and prioritizing in our production.

Drive and create production plans to maximize efficiency, use of resources, meet production requirements and schedules to ensure unbroken production and meet customer requirements.

Cross-professional collaboration between departments and within the Integrated Production Unit, IPU.

Agile mindset by adapting and updating production plans. Establish the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery dates in line with the master plan.

Monitor performance, identify the root causes of any deviations and implement relevant improvements.

Actively drive and participate in various continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a university degree in relevant field or 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP or Inventory Management.
• Problem solving and open-minded attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
• Oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise and understandable information to colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Self-motivated personality that has an easy time establishing new relationships.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience of working with production planning, SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
