Your role and responsibilities

ABB in Alingsås develops and produces products of the highest quality that are used worldwide. As an assembler with us, you will have a key role in our manufacturing and become part of a dedicated team that constantly strives to improve and develop our processes.   • Work with your coworkers to assemble products according to set instructions and pace
  • Follow the control instructions that constitute quality control of the product
  • Work with 5S and preventive maintenance according to schedule
  • Take responsibility and contribute to the achievement of the department's goals
  • Work to improve the working environment in the department and the company as a whole
  • Be part of a flexible staffing and contribute where you do the most good

Qualifications for the role

  • You have upper secondary education and basic qualification combined with good experience from previous assembly work.
  • Experience and knowledge in automation and production technology is highly meritorious.
  • Possession of truck license A1-3, D1 & traverse training is considered meritorious
  • Good Swedish and English skills in speech and writing.
  • You are a team player who is good at collaborating and motivating others.
  • You follow instructions and working methods established in Quality Wins.
