Your role and responsibilities

ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader with products and solutions that make power smart, connected and protected. Our intelligent products and solutions make power more competitive by improving energy efficiency, productivity and reliability in almost every type of business.

Now we are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join our Operations team in Västerås within Smart Power Electrification Sweden. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where we value collaboration, development and innovation.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

• Drive a systematic work environment work to ensure a good working environment, both physically and psychosocially.
• Ensure that our products meet high quality requirements and meet our customers' needs.
• Ensure that production processes for quality, maintenance, testing and labeling are followed.
• Deliver our products on time to customers by achieving volume targets and specified pace.
• Manage human resources issues in accordance with applicable HR processes and in line with ABB's values.

Qualifications for the role

• We are looking for you who have a technical education or equivalent experience. But most importantly, you have an interest in people, development and creating a positive work environment.
• To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
• Have experience in production, preferably with a focus on change management and improvement work.
• Have leadership experience and thrive on supporting and motivating others.
• A team player with good communication skills and the ability to create commitment.
• Has a solution-oriented attitude and is driven by working towards common goals.
• Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility.
• Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
