Your role and responsibilities

Are you an experienced Demand Planner with a keen eye for detail and expertise in SAP? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization are key to business success? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our supply meets market needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SAP (Anaplan is a plus), leveraging historical data, market trends, and statistical models to predict future demand.
• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and reducing excess inventory.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align on forecasts and support business strategies.
• Utilize SAP and Anaplan for data analysis, scenario planning, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures in the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in demand planning.
• Facilitate monthly demand reviews and product reviews with relevant sales units while managing the phase-in and phase-out process between front-end sales and the RDC.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and SAP APO (Anaplan is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
