Your role and responsibilities

  • Drive market growth through solution sales and project development with a focus on sustainability and new technologies, taking responsibility for key accounts and developing your professional network.
  • Lead the work in the real estate segment, including electrification, panel builders and system integrators, while building long-term relationships through B2B and channel sales together with partners.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to innovate, take on new challenges and foster development within both the organization and staff.
  • Distribute responsibilities effectively and immerse yourself in multiple areas of the business to influence and drive results.
  • Lead the team in securing new business opportunities, including contract negotiations, with a focus on delivering results together with cross-functional partners.
  • Budget responsibility and accountability for a department of 15 sales people, while guiding the team towards achieving financial targets and ensuring high performance and growth.

Qualifications for the role

  • A committed team player with strong networking skills.
  • You are used to prioritizing and driving business forward.
  • Experience of leadership in a sales-oriented environment, is seen as meritorious.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience of B2B sales in the electrical industry, as well as channel sales via wholesaler/installer in the real estate sector.
  • Interest in sustainable and smart real estate solutions.
  • B-driving license; Travel within Sweden occurs, fluent Swedish and English are required.
