Your role and responsibilities

Are you a committed sales leader who wants to lead a team and drive the development of sustainable solutions for the future of buildings and industry?   • Contribute to market growth through problem solving with a focus on sustainability and new technologies, while taking ownership of specific segments and creating new networking opportunities.
  • Lead work with market stakeholders to develop the future of real estate and industry, creating partnership agreements and finding new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to industry development with smart and sustainable electrification solutions.
  • Motivate and create a strong team spirit within the team, while daring to challenge and innovate.
  • Assign responsibilities and contribute to the development of both the organization and the team.
  • Establish new areas of collaboration and build a strong department for long-term success.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are a committed team player with strong networking skills.
  • You are used to prioritizing and driving business forward.
  • Industry experience in the electrification or real estate sector is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience is a big plus.
  • Experience in industry-related fields such as investors, construction companies, real estate developers, consultants, architects or urban planners is an advantage.
  • You have an interest in electrification and future technology solutions for a sustainable future.
  • B-driving license; Travel within Sweden is possible. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
