Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a driven Sales Specialist to take the lead and responsibility for developing and growing the Machine Safety Solutions and Low Voltage Products business area. In this role, you will be our Sales Specialist in Southern Sweden.

By joining our dynamic sales team, you will leverage your expertise and determination to cultivate long-lasting customer partnerships grounded in exceptional service. In addition, we are committed to integrating sustainability into all aspects of our business, including our sales initiatives.

As our Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable solutions and practices, in line with our company's dedication to environmental responsibility and community impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of existing business in your designated territory.
  • Find new business opportunities. Using your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions, determine effective solutions for customers.
  • Monitor customer and market trends together with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
  • Work with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.

Qualifications for the role

  • About 5 years of experience in direct and wholesale sales, preferably in the areas of machine safety solutions and/or low voltage products.
  • Proven success in cultivating and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Possess a collaborative, solution-oriented approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A driven, goal-oriented individual who excels in teamwork and is equally capable of taking initiative and leadership in managing assigned territories and clients.
  • Understanding of electrical power and automation solutions.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and oral.
