ABB Electrification Service is growing and is now looking for a Sales Specialist to join our power service team. We offer you a unique opportunity to work with the technologies of the future and create sustainable solutions for our customers in electrification. As a Sales Specialist, you will be a key part of our ambition to provide first-class service to our customers and help them optimize their electrical systems.

About the role

In the role of Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sales and customer relations within our power service area. You will work closely with our customers to identify their needs and develop solutions that make their electrical systems more accessible, reliable, predictable and sustainable. You will also work closely with our internal team to ensure we deliver high quality services and products.

  • Responsible for the sale of our service products and solutions in the field of electricity distribution (low voltage up to high voltage installations), including maintenance contracts, upgrades and life cycle management.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in both new and existing customer segments.
  • Conduct customer visits and identify business opportunities by understanding customer needs and providing advice.
  • Create and present customized solutions to customers as well as prepare quotes and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with our technical and operational teams to ensure that the solutions we offer are both feasible and optimized for the customer's needs.

Qualifications for the role

  • To be successful in this role, we look for you to have:
  • Relevant education in engineering, sales or similar, or equivalent work experience.
  • Several years of sales experience in technical or industrial services, preferably in electrification.
  • Experience in electricity distribution (low voltage up to high voltage installations)
  • Strong business understanding and experience in managing customer relationships at different levels.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in both Swedish and English.
  • A goal-oriented and solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently and in teams.
