The location for the position is Gothenburg.

As an Account Manager, you will maintain and further develop the partnership with our key customers. You will act as a commercial project manager in various customer projects that include both hardware, software and services such as application resources. You will ensure that maximum customer benefit and business value is achieved by driving the entire sales process from concept to final delivery. You are responsible for the strategy and execution of partnerships with selected customers and companies at operational, tactical and strategic level. In addition, you will negotiate contracts, commercial terms and prices as well as document and use sales tools such as CRM, ERP SAP and IQ offer systems.

Qualifications for the role

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in industries requiring technical understanding and business acumen.
  • Competence in Industrial Automation and OEM system solutions: You have deep knowledge of industrial automation and are used to working with system solutions for original equipment manufacturers.
  • Experience in selling entire machines, plants, consulting services and/or IT software and digitization: It is meritorious if you have experience in selling complex solutions that include both hardware and software.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, which is essential for managing international contacts and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills: You are a skilled communicator who can build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Team-oriented, structured and long-term: You enjoy working in teams, are organized and have the ability to think and plan long-term to achieve set goals.
  • Business-oriented with a strong commercial focus and a mind for developing new business. You are also well-traveled and have a high level of activity, which means that you enjoy being out in the field and meeting customers.
