Electrification Distribution Solution sells and markets products and solutions to utilities, industries, transportation and infrastructure sectors and focuses on meeting customer needs for renewable energy and the increasing complexity of the electricity grids and industry.
The role reports to the Sales Manager.
- The portfolio includes MSP switchgear, products and packages of the entire offer.
- Your mission will be to independently conduct successful sales processing of customers in the electric power industry and towards Industry, which means both end customers and partners.
- You will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer responsibility, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget.
- Your customer responsibility includes actively and systematically processing customers to maximize order intake and profitability based on customer-specific plans.
- Your ability to create and develop customer relationships is an essential part of the service, which requires social skills.
- The service also means that you are often on the move and you can therefore expect to use the car a lot in the job.
- You share ABB's core values of safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while being accountable to your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the role
- To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage solutions to specific customer needs. You will have experience in sales and preferably in the electrical power sector. If you have the right personality but not yet experience in sales, you are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of the electric power industry, electric power technology and complex sales solutions is an advantage. We would like to see that you have good leadership skills, are enterprising and goal-oriented in everything you do.
- As a person, you are open, social and communicative and are interested in meeting people.
- You act in a way that builds trust with customers and are easy to understand their business thanks to your technical skills.
- A few years of experience in the sales profession
- Experience from the electric power industry
- High school engineer or college degree, preferably with a focus on electric power.
- As the assignment involves contact with our factories in Europe, we require good knowledge of English.
- You write and speak Swedish fluently.
- You have a B driving license and master sales support programs and MS Office.
