You will be part of ABB Energy Industries. We are a nationwide organization that offers fast, accurate and qualified service through our complete service offering consisting of contracts, field service and projects. We are looking for you with business drive and who are passionate about creating value and partnership together with our customers. We are primarily engaged in delivering electrification, automation and digitalization solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services to customers in energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and water. We are considered one of the largest suppliers in the industry. Future challenges are to grow our strong position by continuing to develop our smart services.

In this role, you will lead our contract deliveries to industry in western Sweden with resources from our engineering departments. If you want to lead a skilled team on the move, all of whom are helping to create a sustainable society using the latest technology, this is the right challenge for you!

• You will be responsible for driving and developing our service agreements towards industry together with highly competent colleagues and customers
• You will be a key person in our delivery team to deliver and sell products, services and solutions to maintain high availability and a robust Swedish industry
• You share ABB:s core values around safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business
• You collaborate well with customer and colleagues to create ultimate value for customers, ABB and society

Qualifications for the role

• You have previous experience working in industry
• If you have worked with contracts, projects, service and maintenance, and if you have a background in industry or the construction industry, it is advantageous
• You have good IT knowledge and experience of business systems that support both financial follow-up and sales
• As a contract manager, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to inspire the team to work towards new goals and challenges
• You are committed and goal-oriented in your work and contribute to both your colleagues' well-being and high customer satisfaction
• You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a B-driving license
• You are probably a university or civil engineer
