Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a committed and experienced software developer who is passionate about problem solving. If you are curious, driven and enjoy learning new languages and technologies, this is a role where you will thrive and grow. You will be an important part of our dynamic team where your flexibility and solution-oriented attitude will be crucial, as we are a small group working in an environment with varied and challenging tasks.

  • A multifaceted role covering the entire development process - from debugging and bug fixing to compilation, configuration management and cybersecurity.
  • You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire product software, both closer to the hardware and closer to the user. We are responsible for documentation and testing, so you will have varied working days.
  • Focus on maintaining and improving our systems to make them more durable and easier to handle.
  • Work with software releases for Advant Master products that are part of System 800xA and perform regression testing in our modern lab.
  • The challenge of troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues within Level 4 support cases, where your skills really make a difference to our large installed customer base.

Qualifications for the role

  • We are looking for you as an experienced software developer with strong technical understanding, experience in hardware related development is merited.
  • You have previously worked with distributed control systems and have deep experience in managing complex technical environments.
  • Experience in C / C ++ is a requirement, and knowledge of C #, VB.net and .NET is meritorious.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as you will work in an international environment.
  • You have worked with source code management and have experience of Microsoft Visual Studio.
