We at Svensk Försäljning Motion are now looking for a tender engineer who wants to become part of our dedicated team and work with world-class energy-efficient and sustainable solutions! We offer the market's widest range of motors, drives, inverters and services to customers all over Sweden. With us, you get a role in an open and collaborative team of 14 people where we value personal development, teamwork and a good work-life balance. We are a team of about 60 colleagues in total within Swedish Sales Motion, spread throughout the country, and we see it as a matter of course to be close to our customers.

In this role, you get a varied and developing everyday life where you regularly have contact with customers, produce technical descriptions, dimension products and prepare price calculations for tenders in motors, drive systems, converters and service services. You work with everything from major product tenders to combined solutions with both products and services - and sometimes also turnkey contracts. Our customers are mainly in the Swedish manufacturing, process and basic industries.

As a tender engineer, you have an important role in the team and work closely with our sales representatives by providing support. You are part of our customer teams and actively contribute to creating the best solutions for our customers. Your work includes technical sales support, tender calculation and product selection and sizing. You will work closely with field sales, customer support, project managers and product specialists as well as other sales units within ABB. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our global factories and external customers and partners.

Qualifications for the role

• You probably have a university or college education in electrical power or mechanical engineering, but you may also have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience.
• You master Swedish and English well, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with dimensioning tools for drive systems and energy saving programs is an advantage.
• It is a plus if you have experience in sales, technical consulting or machine service, as well as knowledge of motors, drive systems, electrical machines or mechatronics.
• To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have good social skills, work well with others and thrive in a dynamic environment with many contact surfaces. You are happy to share your knowledge and contribute to a strong team spirit.
• As a person, you are customer and goal-oriented, enterprising and structured.
