Your role and responsibilities

Would you like to be our Welding Manager? You will have a broad and independent role. Your responsibilities are of course welding, welding control and welding processes. In practical terms, you have many interesting contacts. You will work with our welders and welding robots in production and ensure that we weld according to the right parameters with certificates and training updated. But you will also be responsible for welding within our ISO certification. We manufacture large and highly complex electric motors in small series or piece production globally. Our production is located at Finnslätten in Västerås and there is also our service organization so within the factory you have the whole of your work.
