About the role
With over 1300 employees, our Buildings business area is one of the largest players in Sweden in the construction and real estate sector. With our collective competence and close access to expert knowledge in various areas, we can be a support at all stages of the building's life cycle and thus ensure that your building is built, operated and managed in a climate-neutral and value-creating way.
To meet the growing demand for our energy and management-related services, we are looking for an account manager energy controller who can support our customers' energy monitoring, energy efficiency and sustainability work. You will be part of the team within the Energy Controller section, where we are responsible for the efficient collection, quality assurance, visualization and analysis of energy data.
Using our proprietary tool Energy Controller, you will ensure that our customers' energy data is accurate and easy to understand. You will follow up and analyze energy use, including costs for heating, electricity, cooling and water, as well as manage environmental data such as carbon dioxide emissions.
In the role, you will be responsible for checking, supplementing and completing monthly follow-ups for customers. Based on the data collected, you will analyze and draw conclusions that form the basis for follow-ups and action plans. You will have extensive contact with customers, energy companies and colleagues in Building's energy sections throughout Sweden, which gives you a varied work environment where our customers range from smaller housing associations to large industries.

Requirements specification
To thrive in the role, we see that you are a positive and service-oriented person with a natural inclination for structure and order. You are independent and proactive, and flexible enough to handle many different interfaces. We expect you to have good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel, and preferably experience of databases in Access and SQL.
It is advantageous that you have a post-secondary education in the field of energy, and it is also positive if you have a few years of work experience in our field or other relevant experience. Most importantly, you are ambitious and goal-oriented. You are motivated by the benefits we create for our customers and by sustainable development for society.
