About the role
At our section, the Advanced Automation section in Västerås, we work with exciting projects where we contribute with expertise and knowledge for technology-intensive automation services to our customers.
In the role of Automation Engineer, you will work with automation in all its phases, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad portfolio of projects, including nuclear power, water treatment and production industry. Your role may involve the development of control systems in large and small projects, such as upgrades in existing systems but also the construction of completely new systems. You will work with programming, commissioning, system and functional descriptions and/or project management within automation depending on interest and experience.

Requirements
We are looking for you with experience of working with complex solutions in industrial automation. We would like to see that you enjoy building contacts both externally and internally and that you are stimulated by sharing knowledge between colleagues. It is important that you thrive and have fun at work, so we attach great importance to your personal qualities. To thrive with us, we believe that you are flexible and have the ability to work on several projects at the same time.
In terms of experience, you fit the following description:
- Experienced engineer, technician or equivalent with several years of experience in automation and can work independently.
- Good knowledge of programming PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA such as Siemens, ABB or Schneider.
- Have a B-driving license as travel is a natural part of your role.
- Master both Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
