In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to combine sales and leadership in a technical industry, where you drive business development and ensure profitable growth. As a Business Area Manager, your main task is to drive sales and create business opportunities. You will identify new customers, develop existing relationships and ensure that our product development and mechanical engineering services match market needs. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving the entire sales process from prospecting and customer meetings to closing. You will lead and develop the unit with a focus on sales, people and profitability, collaborate with other business areas and be part of the management team.
