About the role

Are you a software developer with a strong interest in embedded systems and at least one year of experience? For us in product development, we have a large number of customers throughout the greater Stockholm area, we have assignments in consumer products, energy, electrification, telecommunications, medical technology and defense, among others. The industry is characterized by innovation and new thinking in both hardware and software. There is everything from young, small companies with great flexibility and freedom to large, well-established companies with structured roles and processes. There is something for everyone! The most common programming languages are C and C++, but there are many more in this area. Meritorious is e.g. knowledge in: Cloud, Cyber Security, Java, Python, C#, Linux, DevOps knowledge, etc.

As a consultant, your tasks will vary as you will participate in small and large projects, both in-house and at our customers. Depending on the assignment, your tasks may include developing software for hardware-related applications. You will work with test frameworks and sometimes define them. Further tasks can be to streamline and modernize existing products for optimal performance.

Requirements

You will work in an agile way and develop new or existing systems/functions in our customers' systems, both proprietary and common systems within embedded.

We see that you have a university education in a relevant field. Since development, modeling and testing are mainly done in C/C ++ and in Linux platforms, it is desirable to have at least a couple of years of experience in development and/or testing. Good Swedish and English is a requirement as both languages are used daily in contact with customers and colleagues.

We are looking for you who are analytical, fearless and a "doer" who gets things done! You enjoy meeting new people in different constellations and care as much about your colleagues as your work tasks. You bring your energy and creativity and you want to have fun at work!
