About the role
To meet the increasing demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced energy consultant and project manager. You will work in close collaboration with your new colleagues, with responsibility for developing our business and helping our customers achieve set climate goals.
We consist of both junior and senior consultants and the working climate is characterized by teamwork and forward thinking. The assignments include everything from inventories and calculations to design and project management / implementation of measures. Clients range from small companies to international groups. We perform complete energy analyses for all types of building installations and industrial processes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with specialists from all parts of AFRY.
In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for leading assignments in their entirety in terms of execution, quality, resource planning, time and finances. You will also be involved in the department's marketing and have customer responsibility.
You will work in assignments in all phases from identification of potential to implemented and verified savings regarding everything from simple energy analyses and energy optimization to complex investment projects and energy renovation in both real estate and industry.
The starting point for the service is Helsingborg/Malmö.
Requirement specification
We believe that you have a university engineering or civil engineering degree with a focus on energy or equivalent technical knowledge acquired through relevant work experience. You have at least five years of experience in energy, real estate or industry, but other experience combined with a strong interest in energy issues may also be relevant.
As an assignment manager, you are responsible for identifying the improvement opportunities that exist with our customers and you see the sale of our services as a natural part of the consulting role. Procurement and contacts with contractors are part of our everyday life, which is why previous experience of this is meritorious, as well as qualifications such as certified energy surveyor or certified energy expert.
As a person, you are clear and structured and you see good communication as a natural part of your way of working. You have a drive to motivate and engage colleagues and maintain good relationships with our customers.
