About the role

EMC, GPSD, REACH, ROHS, RED, TSD, MDR and IVDR. Do you like legislation, standards and directives like we do, without being too square? If so, we want you to keep reading!

We need to strengthen our section with another humble person with expertise in Product Compliance, certification, homologation or standardization to be able to continue to help our customers identify and develop product requirements so that their products are safe, meet customer expectations and are marketable in all the customer's sales markets. If you like to investigate legal and market-specific requirements and convert the requirements into technical specifications that you convey and follow up internally with the customer and with their subcontractors, it may be you we are looking for! You can, among other things, work with:

  • investigate legal and market-specific requirements and convert the requirements into technical specifications,
  • document and communicate product requirements to purchasing, development, production and external test labs,
  • interpret standards,
  • perform risk analysis and GAP analysis,
  • drive CE marking and certification processes,
  • develop strategies and methods for testing and verification.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. The section is run by Britta-Stina together with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who are everything from new graduates to seniors, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout their life cycle or processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.

Requirement specification

You are trustworthy and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new environments, industries and products. You are independent and also happy to work with other colleagues to share your knowledge. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will learn from you!

You have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, if you are more experienced than that, it is only a plus!
  • a university or civil engineering degree
  • knowledge of one or more product-related legislations such as the Battery Directive, EMC, MD, MDR, REACH, RoHS or GPSD

Of course, you are careful and quality-conscious and have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
