About the role

Are you a recent graduate who wants to work with the latest technologies in industrial digitalization and automation? Do you want to be part of a team developing the industrial solutions of the future? We are now looking for you who have recently graduated as an engineer and who want to work with us at Advanced Automation Industrial Digitalization at AFRY!'

With us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects where we help our customers benefit from digitalization and Industry 4.0. You will be involved in everything from implementing autonomous vehicle solutions, such as self-driving mining machines and autonomous mobile robots (AMR), to optimizing production processes in real time. Together with our experienced team, you will be supported and mentored to grow in your role and gain a broad understanding of the entire industrial digitalization chain.

In this role, you will also interact with customers and work on finding creative solutions that really make a difference to their business. If you enjoy combining your technical interest with building relationships and contributing to the development of sustainable, innovative solutions, then this is the right place for you.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have recently graduated from a relevant university degree in, for example, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. The most important thing for us is that you have a strong desire to learn and develop with us and have a great interest in technology, industry and digitization. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant university education.
• Want to work with both technology and people, where you see the value of creating innovative solutions together with customers and colleagues.
• Thrive in a role where you get to be involved in the entire process - from planning and development to implementation and further management.
• Have basic knowledge of software development, preferably in languages such as C# or Java.

If you also have knowledge or experience of agile working methods and of industrial systems such as PLC, SCADA or IoT, it is meritorious but not a requirement.
