As an Executive Assistant & Business Support you will play an important role by providing administrative and operational support to the management team within the business area Nuclear at AFRY. You will work closely with the management of the business area and contribute through support in planning, administration and financial follow-up. In the role, you will have many interfaces, working with mission leaders, managers at different levels and financial functions within the organization.
Your duties include, among other things:
This role is a unique combination of management support and administration/finance, where you will work both at a strategic level and with operational tasks of great breadth. For the financial tasks, you will work in close collaboration with one of our experienced colleagues in the field. Time is divided approximately equally between the two parts of the position; Executive Assistant and Business Support.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a solution-oriented approach and at least 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team. The role requires you to be service oriented and have good communication and analytical skills. You have the ability to manage your time, identify and anticipate needs and prioritize between tasks.
You are a trustworthy and structured person who can build strong working relationships within the organization. The role also requires you to handle sensitive and confidential information in financial, legal and personal matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Additional information
The position offers some possibility of teleworking, if possible with regard to the work, but requires attendance at management team meetings and other meetings where you will be supporting. These are held both in the local area and in other parts of the country, sometimes with overnight stays.
