About the role
We at the Advanced Automation section in Kalmar work with technology-intensive projects for the market's largest customers, both in-house and at customer sites in sectors such as the food industry, energy, process and manufacturing. At the section, we work with automation, electrical design, project management and programming, and we are a team with varied backgrounds and skills that complement each other.
We are now looking for more colleagues to meet the growing need for our expertise. With us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects where you follow the entire process from idea to commissioned plant. You will be an important part of developing solutions for our customers and contribute with both long-term and acute solutions in automation and electrical design. The work involves varied tasks, where you will, among other things, work with project implementation, troubleshooting and programming, as well as providing support to customers' daily operations.
You will have the opportunity to develop in collaboration with experienced specialists and build a wide network of contacts with the industry's most important customers.
Requirements specification

We would also like you to be thorough, self-driven and have the ability to handle complex technical issues, as you will work project-oriented with technical specifications.
In addition to these personal competencies, we are looking for you who have:
- Technical education at high school level, college level or equivalent experience in electrical design, automation or technology.
- Experience in electrical design, automation and programming in PLC, HMI or SCADA, preferably in industrial automation or food and process industry.
- Good knowledge of systems and tools such as Siemens S7/TIA, ABB 800xA, AVEVA/WW System Platform, AutoCAD, Eplan and ElproCAD.
- B driving license, as travel is included in the service.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
We see it as a plus if you have knowledge of calculation programs such as El-vis, Netkoll or Febdok.
