About the role
We are looking for you with experience in data coordination and technical document management, with specific knowledge of ProjectWise software. You enjoy working in a structured and organized way, and have the ability to collaborate with different users facing different challenges in projects. You are also interested in contributing to the development and implementation of uniform structures and methodologies for technical document management within the organization.
Tasks and challenges:
- Coordinate and manage technical documentation in ongoing projects.
- Participate in major assignments prior to start-up in ProjectWise.
- Provide support to other data coordinators and users on ProjectWise issues.
- Establish and develop communication and support to project teams.
- Interact with internal and external suppliers to ensure secure document management.
- Contribute to developing and following document management guidelines within the organization.
- Be available for development and support in the assignments.
- Be part of a national management team.
- Overview from a technical perspective with a focus on technical document management.
As a person, you are systematic and analytical in your approach, which ensures the structure and quality of the system. You are able to explain possibilities and limitations in a pedagogical way in an understandable way to the recipient. In this position, you will have many contacts within the organization and therefore we place great emphasis on responsiveness and collaboration skills.
We are a section within BIM, Model and Data Coordination working with digital project management and document management systems that strive for continuous development to be at the forefront and be able to meet customers' new requirements and wishes. Within AFRY's assignments, our consultants are part of a support organization that supports the assignment management, technology managers and project managers to follow the project's requirements and methods. We develop templates, standards and working methods, and provide training, support and coordination within the projects.
Requirements
You are a certified ProjectWise administrator.
You have experience working with technical document management in ProjectWise software. You have a good ability to structure and coordinate technical data in projects.
Understanding of programming is an advantage, for example knowledge of PowerShell, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), SQL, and knowledge of .NET or C#.
