The Advanced Automation group in Örebro currently consists of 13 colleagues who like to do fun things together. It can be anything from training to knowledge sharing and other hobbies. You will most likely work with some of AFRY's largest customers either under AFRY's auspices or directly in customers' operations. The assignments and projects are mainly within Örebro County and are primarily active in the manufacturing industry and defense industry.
About the role
The role of Electrical Designer is both broad and varied, which gives you the opportunity to adapt the role to your experience and ambitions. Tasks will include design work of, among other things, cabinets and upgrades in existing systems, but also new construction of completely new systems. You will also work with commissioning, system descriptions, and/or project management in electricity, depending on your interest and experience. The projects you work on are likely to be with some of AFRY's largest customers, either under AFRY's auspices or directly in customers' operations. The assignments are mainly local and often with recurring clients.
Requirement specification

However, we consider your potential and attitude to achieve these skills to be more important than your current possession of them. What we see that you already have is the following:
- Relevant technical education, in the form of high school, college or civil engineering in relevant subject background and / or equivalent experience.
- Many years of experience in electrical design in the industry and is self-driven.
- Good knowledge of any CAD tool, for example: AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or ElproCAD.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
- As travel is included and is a natural part of the service, a driving license is a requirement.
