We in Automation at AFRY work with really exciting projects where we have overall responsibility for technology-intensive automation services. We help our customers with production lines consisting of robotic systems, from concept to completion, as well as with service and support. Locally, we work with the market's largest customers in exciting projects run in-house in our own project business. Since we take overall responsibility for our deliveries, you will have the opportunity to lead, drive and take responsibility for our deliveries. We who work in the section are experts in mechanical design, electrical design, PLC and robot programming as well as installation and commissioning.
About the role
When you work with mechanical and machine design with us, you will be a key person in the work on our projects. The role includes participation in everything from early stages in the development of concepts and calculations to construction in ongoing projects and turnkey deliveries. You will have an important role in keeping our project deliveries together; you will work to ensure that the mechanical part of projects and deliveries from different parties working with mechanical deliveries work well.
A large part of your work is to collaborate with other people both internally and externally and to learn from and share knowledge with others around you. We believe that we get the best results and have the most fun at work when we create the conditions together. Therefore, we are also keen on what you think is fun and value that in your work you are curious and happy to work with improvement and development areas for the area.
Requirement specification
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are motivated by working in a challenging and dynamic work environment and are solution-oriented and forward-looking in what you take on. That said, we know that together we need to create the right conditions for this, which is why we also value your collaboration, communication and initiative skills. To succeed well and thrive in the role, we believe that you have:
- A suitable technical education at the bottom and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good experience in mechanics and design in production projects, preferably linked to Body in White or other industrial machine projects.
- Knowledge and experience of working in Catia.
- Knowledge of turnkey deliveries and projects and interest in working in project form.
- Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English.
- B driving license.
