Role as Project and Design Manager

As an experienced Project and Design Manager at AFRY, you will lead, coordinate and drive projects throughout the construction process - from early stages to execution and handover. You will be responsible for the success of the projects and have a central role in creating good results and satisfied clients. Our projects vary depending on the assignment and the customer's needs, and we always work with a strong focus on quality.

We are looking for you who have a technical background, preferably an engineering degree, and who have the ability to lead projects in all phases. You should be used to managing both large and small projects, and you thrive in a role where you can be both creative and solution-oriented. For us, it is important that you feel a drive to develop and to help your colleagues grow in their roles.

Requirements

To thrive in the role of project manager at AFRY, we see that you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project and project management in the consulting and real estate industry, preferably longer. You are also welcome to apply if you have experience from the construction side.
• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience from other related fields.
• Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in - at least two or more consecutive - construction in industrial and commercial properties, care and school, ROT and housing production.
• Very good knowledge of laws and regulations in construction and real estate law. We see it as a matter of course that you have long experience of working with standardized agreements such as AB04, ABT06, ABK09 and more.
• Additional: Project management certification according to IPMA or PMP, knowledge of safety projects, knowledge and experience of AMA/MER, BAS-P/U and sustainability. If you also have construction management experience, it is a plus.
