AFRY is looking for a Geotechnical Expert!

AFRY is now looking for a geotechnical guru to join our office in Stockholm.
About AFRY and our Geotechnical Section: AFRY is one of Sweden's leading players in geotechnical engineering, with over 100 dedicated employees who constantly work to be at the forefront of technological advances. We have a national network that supports innovation and development in our working methods, which makes us an obvious partner for complex and extensive geotechnical projects.
With several large framework agreements and groundbreaking assignments behind us, we are now looking for an expert who wants to help lead our continued success. At our office in Stockholm, we are a team of 27 people, divided into field geotechnicians and geotechnicians. Here you will be part of a dynamic team where your expertise and technical insights really make a difference.
Your tasks will be:
- Lead complex geotechnical assignments independently and drive them with your project team from concept to completion.
- Be technically responsible in the largest and most advanced multidisciplinary projects.
- Serve as technical expert and advisor within AFRY national and international networks.
- Share your expertise by mentoring and supporting both senior and less experienced colleagues.
- Active contribution to developing our working methods and driving innovation in geotechnical engineering.

Requirement specification
What we are looking for: We are looking for you who are a recognized specialist in geotechnical engineering, with solid experience and an ability to think outside the box. You have a deep understanding of technical solutions and processes, and you're not just comfortable working in a consulting role - you love it. You are driven to continuously improve technical practices and contribute to the development of the industry, both nationally and internationally.
