About the role

In your role as a consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both backend and frontend components in various projects. The role involves working both independently and in teams, e.g. by taking responsibility for the entire stack of a project on your own or together with colleagues.

We run both small and large projects from Uppsala and have customers in several different industries, e.g. the public sector and socially important activities. Your everyday life will look a little different depending on the project, customer and assignment - and we think you think that variation feels fun!

At the office in Uppsala there are about 50 people in IT and digitization - that is, plenty of both junior and senior colleagues to help.

Requirements

Your technical skills are of course important but what you have to contribute as a person is just as important.

For example, in this role you need to enjoy collaborating in teams and giving and receiving feedback, find it interesting when circumstances change (e.g. you need to learn a new technology or new tasks, change customer, team or project, etc.), you are motivated by helping others (e.g. suggesting a technical change that helps the customer) and you are not afraid to ask for help yourself if you get stuck.

To come in with the right technical prerequisites, I believe you have:

  • At least 6 years of experience working with C#/.NET.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Angular and/or React.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Azure and knowledge of DevOps and its processes.

In addition, you are a Swedish citizen* and master Swedish in speech and writing, as Swedish is required in contact with colleagues and customers.


One or more pluses if you have: Experience working with Git, LINQ and Entity Framework, experience of working agile, previous experience of working as a consultant.
