The AFRY Future Energy Programme introduces you as a new graduate to the energy industry by guiding you into your new professional role and involving you in concrete client projects. In parallel with your projects, you will participate in a training program with lectures in the field of energy. You will have the opportunity to build a network within AFRY that will give you insight into different parts of our business, while developing your expertise in your specialized field.

At AFRY Transmission & Distribution (T&D), we contribute to a sustainable energy transition by building and developing tomorrow's electricity grids.We take on everything from feasibility studies, designs and project management to investigations and analyzes for Swedish electricity grid companies, industries or wind power companies. We work with design, project management and construction of stations, substations and power lines (overhead line, underground cable, submarine cable), permit processes, network infrastructure, HVDC and system studies.
